Food Tech pt 2

 Welcome everyone today in food tech I made zucchini and corn fritters with the help of a few amazing classmates.

First we entered the cooking room then we got told the rules of what we will be doing today next we got all the ingredients which were 1 egg,milk,salad,flower of your choice. 

In addition martha sliced the cucumber and lose grated the cucumber and me I cleaned the bench and did the dishes.

Finally we all mixed the ingredients together and heated up the pan then we cooked our fritters in a nice clean pan with oil and we made sure that the food was pre cooked so it turned out brown.

Being in food tech was fun today I do hope that next we make something like this because it was very delicious and very fun.

Plant Poster

 

Today students in room 6 where all asked to make a plant poster based on a plant that you can choose from. One great thing is that every student in room 6 had to pick a different plant and make a poster about it and the flower that I picked for my plant was Leonohebe cuprressoides.

Leonohebe Cupressoids are short for Cypress hebe they are small tiny flowers that are the colour of blue,violet,purple.

Here are some facts about Cypress Hebes:

Family: Plantaginaceae

Fruiting: March-May

Flowering: November-February

Where to Buy: Occasionally available from plant nurseries

Food Tech

Today was my first time in food tech and I was partnered up with Lose and Martha for our food creation we also were in week 4 and rotation 2. 

At first we all got seated and got into pairs to make a smoothie then we had instructions and rules that we all must follow before be step feet in food tech.

After a few minutes we got started by grabbing things we needed to make the smoothie which contained Milk,Ice cubes,Honey,Syrup,spinchi, Apple and lastly banana.

Next we cut up the spinach,apple and banana then we put it in a metal bowl lastly we blended all the ingredients and made a delicious green smoothie.

Before we drink our drinks we had to make sure that we cleaned our mess and that we put everything away then we could drink our smoothie.

Finally we all enjoyed our smoothie and had a fun time in food tech.

Robotics

 Robotics

Today in Robotics class we started off with join my quiz games then we went on Mr Nilesh Krishna's Robotics site and got told to program and take screenshots for our mbot slide. 

After awhile of learning how to program and code we got handed mbots to connect our mbot to our chromebook. 

One thing that I also enjoyed today was that we got to play lots of join my quizz games and the most sad part about Robotics is that it is our last 2 weeks in robotics till we move to our next technology class.

Even though this is my last to second week in robotics class I just want to say thank you to our amazing robotics teacher Mr Nilesh Krishna for teaching us as much programming and coding as much as he could and thank you to all my classmates for enjoying robotics class and making our class fun.

I've also learnt so much in robotics class as much than I thought all thanks to Mr Nilesh Krishna mbot is about programming coding + robotics.

Technology over the past term

Technology over the past term

Over the past term I have learnt so many new things with Robotics.

On the first week of Technology we started off with some easy work and we also played Kahoot and did quizzes that involved things about mbots. we also had slides each week to work on and we also had to give proof to show that we were actually doing the tasks.

I also learnt more about how to upload the mbot and I even learnt how to undo the mbot by screw and redo it again. I've also discovered that I now know more about Robotics then I did last year.

One cool thing that I loved doing in robotics was playing Kahoot and quizzes because it gave me the best options to learn more about robotics and how to use an mbot.
